You will be able to check in on Sunday, October 7th, from 14:00 to 22:00 (= 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) (special check in time for Autumn School).
In the hotel there will be an Autumn School registration desk (2018-10-07) from 17:00 to 18:30 (= 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm) where you will get some information and probably a ticket for all local busses.
Public transport
It takes a 15 minute walk from Wuerzburg Main Station to the hotel. If you do not want to walk, you can go to the hotel by the city bus line number 11 (also number 13, 19, 27). There is a bus stop called "Kulturspeicher" in front of your hotel. On the map below you can see the bus network.
Additional overnight stays
If you would like to arrive earlier or stay longer, additional nights can be booked for 95.- EURO per night including breakfast.You will have to pay these extra night(s) yourself in the hotel! The booking can be made during the registration to the Autumn School.
