Payments on site
You will probably not necessarily need a lot of money in Würzburg: Your accommodation will be paid by the organizers, as well as breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner. If you also want to buy special drinks or food, you will have to pay for them yourself.
Non-German participants will probably get a free ticket for the local buses and trams.
